About Chippa Training Academy

Chippa Training Academy (CTA) prides itself in providing services and programs that not only benefit the client but the community as well. We look at innovative ways of empowering our people through skills development and ensuring those very skills are utilized effectively to boost the economic standing of the South African community at large. Our focus is only on people development and making a tangible and quantifiable change in the society.

CTA was formed in 2008 solely for the establishment of a Training Academy that will focus on developing skills that will ensure an establishment of an entrepreneurial society. The company is wholly black owned and through perseverance and biasness towards a qualitative output, we are registered and accredited by the following institutions:

In order to fulfill the vision of the company, we developed a program that serves to establish cooperatives in the security and cleaning industry. This programs objective is to transform security officials from just mere employees to business owners as well. This program is designed in a manner that upskills, empowers and handholds the established cooperatives. Through partnership with the public and private sector, this will transform the outlook of the security and cleaning industry and eradicate the non-stop demonstrations and strikes that are attributed to poor working conditions and remuneration.
